This Cookie Policy describes the use of Cookies and other Tracking Tools on the Site espeiria.netlify.app, in accordance with Art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code), the Provision of the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali of 10 June 2021 "Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools" and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Data Controller is LemonJuice Solutions S.r.l. (info@lemonjuicesolutions.it).
What Cookies and Tracking Tools are
Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the User's terminal, where they are stored to be re-transmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Tracking Tools include, in addition to Cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons, embedded scripts, e-tags and fingerprinting. This policy covers all such tools, regardless of their technical name.
Categories of Cookies used
The Site uses three categories of Cookies: (1) technical/strictly necessary Cookies, indispensable to the operation of the Site or the provision of the services requested by the User, for which consent is not required; (2) analytics/statistics Cookies, aimed at collecting information in aggregate form on the number of users and how they visit the Site, activated only with prior consent; (3) marketing/profiling Cookies, used to create profiles of the User and to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed, activated only with prior consent.
Technical Cookies
The Site uses the following technical cookies: session cookies (to maintain navigation state), administrative authentication cookies (managed via HMAC-signed cookie with 7-day TTL — necessary to access the blog management panel), consent storage cookie ("espeiria_consent" — duration 12 months — stores the choice on optional cookies). These cookies do not require consent under Art. 122 of the Privacy Code.
Third-party cookies
Some Site features rely on third-party services that may install their own cookies. In particular: Google Calendar (iframe for appointment booking, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. — privacy: policies.google.com/privacy), Stripe (during checkout, provided by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — privacy: stripe.com/privacy). Such cookies are installed by the respective domains and are subject to the relevant notices.
Analytics cookies
At present the Site does not use third-party analytics cookies. Should they be introduced in the future (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible), they will be managed under the "Analytics" category of the consent banner and the User will be able to accept or reject them.
Marketing/profiling cookies
At present the Site does not use third-party marketing or profiling cookies. The "Marketing" category of the consent banner is set up for any future integrations (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads) and in such case they will be activated only with prior consent.
Web beacons and similar technologies
Site pages or transactional emails sent (e.g. licence key delivery) may contain small electronic elements (e.g. "web beacons" or "tracking pixels") that allow the Controller to detect their opening and interaction, exclusively for technical purposes (to verify delivery) and for security (to detect anomalies in flows).
Retention period
Technical session cookies are deleted upon browser closure. The consent cookie "espeiria_consent" lasts 12 months, after which the banner is shown again. Third-party cookies have their own expirations indicated in the relevant notices.
Granting and withdrawing consent
On first access to the Site, a banner is shown allowing the User to give a free, specific and informed consent for each category of optional cookies (Analytics, Marketing). The User can accept all cookies, reject all of them or access granular preferences to choose individual categories. Consent can be withdrawn or modified at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link available in the footer of every page, or by deleting the "espeiria_consent" cookie from browser settings.
Disabling cookies via browser
The User can disable cookies at any time through the browser settings. Total disabling of technical cookies could compromise correct operation of the Site. Non-EU transfers
Some services that may install cookies are provided by parties based in the United States (Google, Stripe). Transfers take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, as an adequate safeguard under Art. 46 GDPR. User rights
The User can exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) by writing to info@lemonjuicesolutions.it. It is always possible to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Controller reserves the right to modify this Cookie Policy at any time, giving notice to Users on this page. Please therefore consult the section regularly, checking the date of the last update indicated at the top. If changes concern processing whose legal basis is consent, a new consent will be requested from the User.
