Service

ESPEIRIA is a visual rules engine licensed by LemonJuice Solutions S.r.l. Use is subject to a valid licence key.

Licence

The licence is personal, non-transferable and limited to the tier purchased. Reverse engineering, reselling or sub-licensing without prior written consent are prohibited.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. Refunds are governed by EU consumer law where it applies.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Verona, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
